When I call for my dental appointment, it is taking me forever when they put me on hold. It says in a man’s voice: “all of our scheduling staff are presently helping other callers, please remain on the line.” It is mentioned twice about every 25 seconds. I also think there is something wrong with the machine that they have for that recording I mentioned above. A part of the recording cuts right off. They should fix that machine or get a new one. To me it is getting ridiculous. I think there are not enough people who are in charge of the phones when people want to schedule or reschedule a dentist appointment, or when their next appointment will be. I think that they should hire more people who are in charge of the phones just in case of an emergency (e.g., let’s say that something happened with your tooth, such as a toothache), to me, this is very critical. When something like this happens, I won’t be able to reach them at all.

The doctors are good and very knowledgeable. But the office staff..often does not return my calls. I help with a Hispanic families. I called 3 weeks ago to ask for a physical report and vaccines for a 3 year old child to register him for early intervention. No call back. I called last Friday and spoke to a secretary and she said she would mark the message urgent. I called again and left a 3rd message and asked that it would be ready for today .When I came in it was not. Not acceptable!!! Now this child has to wait to get the help he needs! Ay no.

This place sucks they don’t check on you at all the food is terrible and all hot meals come cold including the meat. The first day for dinner they served me a cold pancake and two cold sausages. The plate had dried juices printed on it. I was the only young person in this place and everyone was old and probably don’t know how they’re being treated. I gave they one star but this place need to be shut down. Do not take your love ones here. I will never come back here again!!!!!
