I called Dentocare as a new patient in severe pain. Feeling pretty defeated, sore & sleep deprived I just wanted the pain gone so I requested my tooth to be taken out (mid root canal treatment). Sylvie booked me in for the first available spot and even tried to move some appointments around to fit me in even earlier.

On arrival Dr Natasha talked through all of the options with me in detail. Besides the local injection I did not have one bit of pain or discomfort the ENTIRE time after being in pain for three weeks and finally not feeling pain or pressure I even fell asleep for a few seconds.
I’ve never had a pleasant experience at the dentist but this was the best dentist appointment I have ever sat through. Dr Natasha even organised and booked a specialist for me whilst in my appointment.

Sylvie is so sweet and kind, she genuinely cares about the patients not only coming in and out of the doors but also on the phone’s I knew I was in safe hands from the first few minutes of my booking, she even made time to have a chat/check in after my appointment.

Couldn’t recommend this team highly enough and have already convinced half of my colleagues to go there

I’ve been coming to see Dr Susan for years now. The team here are extremely professional, supportive and kind. All the staff are always welcoming especially Sylvie at reception who will bend over backwards to help. Susan is a great dentist, very thorough and knowledgeable, and willing to work with you to schedule in more expensive treatments to make it more affordable.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.
