A Truly Exceptional Dental Experience at Dr. Eshghi’s Office

Dental visits can often be daunting, but Dr. Eshghi and her assistant, Sahar, made sure that our visit was anything but.

I was there for a root canal and filling – procedures that many might dread. However, Dr. Eshghi’s professionalism, expertise, and gentle approach made the entire process smooth and, dare I say, nearly enjoyable. Her attention to detail and patient-centered care were evident throughout the treatment, and I felt completely at ease under her care.

In late 2023, I visited this clinic for a dental check-up and cleaning. The doctor filled one of my teeth (bottom right), and she suggested removing and refilling some previously filled teeth containing mercury. I agreed. Unfortunately, my original tooth didn’t improve; it actually got worse.

In my second visit, the tooth was temporarily bandaged, and I was advised to wait. Also, one of the refilled teeth (upper left) began to ache.

During another visit, the doctor said the original tooth (bottom right) requires a root canal. However, it couldn’t be done that year because they had already used all of my insurance limit for 2023 (around $3000), and I’d have to wait until the next year!
Sadly, after using all of my insurance coverage in 2023 on my teeth, I didn’t see any improvement. The original tooth still hurt (bottom right), and another tooth (upper left), which never had any problem, now had one.

I should note that in 2024, the clinic contacted me several times to inquire about my condition. I also had a conversation with a doctor once although they were nice and polite to me, but since I was not satisfied at all with the results, I decided to seek another dentist.

I cannot speak highly enough of Emerald Dental Clinic. From the moment I stepped into their welcoming environment, I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dental professionals, exuded warmth and professionalism. My dental appointment was handled with utmost care and attention to detail. The clinic itself is modern and spotlessly clean, which further added to my confidence in their services.
