I recently visited Empress Dentistry, and I had the pleasure of being treated by Claudia. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Claudia was incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle. She took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient care was evident in the meticulous way she performed the cleaning.

Not only did Claudia ensure my teeth felt clean and fresh, but she also provided excellent advice on maintaining oral hygiene at home. Her friendly demeanour and approachable nature made the entire visit pleasant and stress-free.

Amazing staff and service! Dr Ortega is very knowledgeable who would always explain in plain words your issues & best options. They bill directly to your insurance. They’re always on time with little to no wait. Very pleasant & professional! They also speak many languages!! Highly recommend!
