I went to Dr Baker’s today for an appointment for a root canal, my first one ever. I was scared to death about things not going well, or my tooth not being treatable. Quickly after speaking with Dr Baker, i felt i was in good hands. Then once he started working on me, he was like a machine. Focused, efficient, and still careful and caring. It could not have gone better. I did not get a single sense of loss of focus, of carelessness, or worry. I was just fixated on him, hoping he wouldn’t tell me my tooth was untreatable at some
point…. The session went on, and eventually he told me there was 5-10 minutes left. He put in the temporary filling, and then it was done. I was so relieved, after 2 years of constant pain with this 1 tooth. I am so grateful for not only Dr Baker, but also medicine as a whole. It helped me keep my tooth, and that’s worth more than anything. Thank you for being considerate towards me, and thank you for being a student of medicine, and practicing the art beautifully. It gave my tooth a second chance at life, because quiet literally it was dead. I will be forever grateful. Thank you.
Oh and I was also late, and they accomodated me without skipping a beat. Thank you to all the staff that work with Mr. Baker as well. If i ever need endodontic treatment, I know where i’ll go.

Extremely rude service by the receptionists, I called and explained everything to Ashley one month ago and she said she was going to call me back never received the call she was extremely rude. I called today again and Brigitte answered I explained again everything to her and said she can’t do anything as she did not talked with me one month ago, is this a joke?. I asked her if she can help me and almost yelled at me saying I needed to wait for Ashley to come back this afternoon so I need to wait maybe another month to receive a call from this clinic? It is unacceptable to receive this kind of service by woman who are the first impression of the clinic. Truly disappointed by this service.
There is no reason to EVER fear a root canal with Dr. Baker as your endodontist. I was skeptical of a “virtually pain free” procedure, but that’s exactly what I had. Not only that, I felt like Dr. Baker was my coach through the process–supportive, encouraging, patient and always concerned for my comfort. The staff create an environment that is friendly and upbeat (don’t be surprised if you hear people singing) and the whole experience was a revelation for me. Don’t drag your feet if you’re told you need a root canal. Go directly to Dr. David Baker!
