I’m doing this because they give $10 credit for a review. With that being said, I had some great conversations with the staff. Almost all of them were very friendly except when I first walked in it was super awkward because no one was at the front desk but the few people in the front area seemed like it wasn’t their job to help me.

With that said, we probably won’t be going back. As someone who has only but had one cavity ever and never had tooth aches or concerns for cavities and religiously takes care of their teeth, to be told I have 3 cavities even though 6 months ago I was fine at my previous dentist, and my husband to have never have a cavity to 5 cavities in 6 months, we are pretty skeptical about this practice. Perhaps they are preventative in their approach and overly cautious, but it seems pretty odd from our history and oral hygiene to have that big of a change. Granted, I should have asked the dentist more questions, but I didn’t realize I had questions until I thought through the visit after.

It was also really strange that we went to a “consultation office” to discuss the costs and have the type of cavity explained by someone other than the dentist. However, one of the dentists was out of the office today, so they were definitely a bit short staffed (I also waited for an hour to be seen by the dentist after being taken back). But it was still a very strange experience all around for both my husband and I compared to the handful of dentistry practices we’ve used before.

Our first visit was cool, the staff was really nice except for the lady dentist, we thought maybe she was having an off day. We thought we would give it a second chance, regretfully today she is still not so nice. She is rude. I’m not sure if it’s because of the type of insurance we had as to why we were treated like this by her…but I don’t like the way we were treated. I heard really nice things about Dr. Pham, that’s why we came here originally but at this point, with the way she is acting, we will just take our business elsewhere. The front desk staff, and hygienist are so friendly and welcoming…however she is NOT. The first time I made a review it was only because the staff encouraged new patients to get the $10 towards our copay if we write a review. I would rather go somewhere that is friendly and wants to do the job without judgment and being rude.

This place is amazing. I had an excruciating pain in my tooth that kept me up all night. I had second guesses because I have no dental insurance, but I called in at 10am and they were able to provide me with a same day appointment and I was able to get my tooth extracted for a reasonable price and the pain is finally gone. I’m so grateful for the staff. They are extremely nice and patient and got straight to work. Thank you again.
