Excellent office and a stand out is Mia. My teeth are incredibly clean and the health of my mouth is greatly turned around thanks to the efforts of this office. I feel comfortable and am grateful to receive such excellent service from Mia and the rest of the team. Mia is a big reason I return to the office time and time again as she goes the extra mile to accommodate my little preferences and it honestly seems that she understands what running down the hall is truly about. Bravo Dr. Shiver for employing such an amazing staff member. Will return!

I can’t recommend Dr. Shiveler and her team more! Professional, courteous, and competent service from the moment you arrive. I had a number of deferred issues when I first visited her, and she helped me plan fixing them in priority order, even across a trip to Africa with a temporary crown and through two years of insurance benefits to keep the costs manageable. Mia, my dental hygienist, is efficient, caring, and provides the most comfortable cleaning/x-ray process I’ve ever experienced. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Dr. Shiveler is an amazing dentist. She is extremely professional and so is her entire staff. I have every confidence in her. She clearly explains all aspects of a procedure so that I understand fully, which helps me to relax. She always makes sure that I’m comfortable and pain free. Her office staff is friendly, and they work with my insurance company seamlessly, which also helps with the anxiety of going to the dentist office. I am very happy I found her.
