My experience here is really bad.
I brought my son to this clinic because of all the positive reviews here.
Receptionists are all nice and welcoming
However, I don’t feel good with Dr. Nathan. He doesn’t seem nice to my son. My son was cooperative all along but he was becoming impatient because my son couldn’t hold his mouth wide open. (Come on, what do you expect from a kinder kid)
He got some oral ulcers from the suction tube during the process but still he didn’t cry or anything. I really expect more gentle and patient care for a 5-year-old boy.

All in all, if you are finding a dentist for your little ones, this is probably not a good choice.
Jaye in my opinion is the tooth whisperer. For years I would I dread my 6th monthly teeth clean as my teeth/gums can be quite sensitive. In saying that, all of the dentists and hygienists I deal with at the clinic are superb, but Jaye is on another level. Extra gentle, very thorough and somehow makes the cleaning process closer to a relaxation session than the visit I once dreaded.

My experience here at the Essendon Dental Group was extremely professional and positive. I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr Nathan who was both very thorough and reassuring. I appreciated that the team went the extra mile to follow up after the extraction to ensure a smooth recovery. It is obvious that patient-centred care is a high priority to the team and I would highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.
