I am displeased by how I was treated By Dr. Miranda’s husband. I called with several positive concerns. One was about some concerns my son had about his teeth. I asked if it was possible for a parent to go back during his time of visit to address the concerns. I was told no because it is a violation of a federal policy. I also explained some concerns in regards to the cavities I was informed about during my visit and how I had to seek care from another provider due to change of insurance. I informed Dr.Miranda’s husband that I was concerned about the change in cavities and how the amount decreased. I just needed clarification because it was something that I did not understand. Dr. Miranda husband became very defensive, he begin to yell stating that Dr. Miranda would not be happy with my concerns. He showed no empathy for me as the patient, as I was just requesting clarification not blaming either side. I requested to have Dr. Miranda call me so I could go over my concern as well as the why I was treated. I received a call from Dr. Miranda’s office dismissing my son from her office, based upon the lies that her husband indicated to her. I have never been treated in such manner. I tried to call again to speak to Dr. Miranda, at that time I was informed that a letter had been sent to the insurance company(assuming indicating our dismissal). At this point Dr. Miranda has not reached out to me to hear my side. I have been told that do to her husband having an issue with me that she suggest that I go else where. I am sadden by the decision made and the side that was taken. I now see this practice very differently. I will not recommend any one to this practice. There is no empathy, sympathy, compassion, nor concern for the patient needs.

Staff is rude and disrespectful, and seem to be racist. Dental services are less than adequate and she tends to push for unnecessary services just to up the bill and milk patients’ insurance. The dentist has her husband as her personal secretary. He has harassed me and my 13 year old daughter on both occasions that I was in their establishment. Clearly has a deep hatred for children and shows that openly. I would NOT recommend this dentist to my worst enemy! I have also spoken with a few other dissatisfied customers, whom have posted negative reviews regarding their experience, then have received calls from the dentist threatening and manipulating them to change or remove their negative reviews. I don’t know how many people they have gotten away with doing that to, but that won’t work with me! This is my review. This was my experience with them and I’m not going to change or edit it. I will not be answering any calls from their office and will certainly NOT be going back to this disgusting establishment.

Read All the Reviews I wish I did. DONT GO….. They are extremely rude and nasty. If they had Negative stars they would get 100. Also they had me come in earlier then my regular appointment and then I didn’t get called till my Original time. I tried to check on my son whose under 18 and they said I can’t. What doctor office don’t let you see your child. They say stuff is policy but when I asked to see it they said they don’t have it. Be careful they will take your insurance and not give you proper treatment. I’m Reporting them. The guy Paul in the other reviews obviously was on drugs because the staff and I was both talking about seeing my son not no one roaming.
