I recently visited evergreen dental they took my xray and said i need to do two filling but they never told me they replacing my old filling until dr jamal complete the procedure. I was disappointed with the lack of communication. During my appointment, the dentist and staff didn’t explain any of the procedures they were doing if they are replacing my old filling they should inform me the day they called me, i feel they replaced my filling without telling me.As a patient, I believe it’s important to be informed about what is being done, why it’s necessary, and what to expect. Clear communication would help alleviate any anxiety and make the experience more comfortable. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency left me feeling uneasy and uninformed. I hope they can improve in this area for future patients.

Wonderful staff, and amazing people. The staff is always so amazing and nice, very welcoming. My hygienist Ravi is great. Love how he remembers to ask about my little one and remember to give her something at the end of the visit. They’re gentle and knowledgeable and make any procedure painless. They make sure to let you at least a week in advance if you have an appointment. They aren’t strict with scheduling dates at all. Absolutely love this dentist office!

I’ve been going to Evergreen Dental since last year and my experience with all the staff there has been very pleasant. Dr. Jamal is excellent at explaining things and walking through the procedures while he does the work. He’s very kind and reassuring that the process will get done properly. I highly recommend this dental clinic!
