I actually don’t know where to start with this one. 1) 30 min waiting at reception 2) the nurse prepping me for the dentist like he’s some celebrity 3) the dentist makes his appearance, to insistent chart music blasting in the background and starts to talk about my jaw, all of a sudden? 4) he inserts his fingers to “examine” the jaw area… clenches down with a crab like pincer effect, super painful and unexpected – I’m sorry but usually professionalism dictates that you warn a patient before sth like this 5) talks at me about stress and work and not clenching my jaw. I’m actively trying to avoid doing so whilst listening to him speak. He concludes with “come back another time for a cleaning”?!?!? 6) I insist that no, I’ve booked in for a cleaning and he asks the nurse if that’s true. She confirms and proceeds to carry out the worst cleaning of my life. 0/10 do not recommend and people need to get the stars out of their eyes for this place – pomp and circumstance with little substance

Super impressed by the quality and service. At signup they already had an english translation/english form available. The whole staff spoke perfect english and had great attention to detail. Everyone listened patiently and without any hurry. The advice given was in consideration of the patient and not a money making advice. They even tried to facilitate with the suggestion of a english speaking surgeon. Additionally, they were able to advice on what is covered in public insurance and what will not be as I am in the process of shifting to private. They made sure it would not cause any issues for me and advised on what to include in my private dental plan in regards to the treatments I may need in future. Extremely satisfied.

Very professional dental service. I arrived with an emergency and extreme pain, the problem was taken care of immediately. The procedures, aftercare, costs are explained well, patients are welcomed and taken care of gently with a patience. Staff is friendly, flexible to negotiate appointments and easy to communicate. Dr. Stefan is excellent doctor. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
