I’ve only been seeing this dental office for about a year and a half because my previous dentist has relocated. The doctor (Cody) and hygienist are friendly and professional. However, I am uncomfortable with the fact that for every cleaning visit, they are trying to sell something to me that I have to pay out of my own pocket. For example, for my most recent two visits within four months, last time was $40 per tooth antibiotics for two teeth, and then this time was a $15 toothpaste. I’ve been to a few dentists due to relocation etc, but this office is the first one that tries to sell dental product to their patients.

I am also not happy about the business (accounting) office for this dental office. Unlike other dental clinics I’ve visited before who were diligent in keeping track of my insurance plan so that I wouldn’t incur too much out-of-pocket expenses; for the relatively short time I’ve been with this dental office, I’ve already paid more than a couple of times out of my own pocket for services they performed. What’s more, they charge me for every visit even when the insurance is still pending and/or estimated. So I ended up with a few times having credits on my account, but I was not aware and never notified of the credits until my next visits came up a few month later. For all my experiences with other doctors (including dentists), they usually bill the patients after the insurance companies pay their portion, not before.

Anyway I am not happy with this dental office and would not recommend my friends to patronize it.

Dr Cody Haas is a hero! Phenomenal! Amanda is amazing, Margaret knows just what to do, Tom is the best with helping you keep yourself starting with appointments and payments.

I had such an issue with my teeth–LOTS of Oral surgery, then right in the middle–COVID . Such a relief when we could actually start working on my teeth (and Dr Cody is a perfectionist).
I had almost 3 years essentially without teeth (before the Fairview Dental Team). Now they couldn’t be better! I love them!

Had put off seeing a dentist for to long due to anxiety and past experiences I was not expecting the experience I had with Dr Haas and his staff from the office people who were so friendly and helpful to the wonderfully and reassuring assistance of Sophie Dr Haas has gave me back my smile and my teeth have never felt so good as when I left the office I can’t belive I waited so long to get my teeth fixed Thank you to the whole bunch but mostly Dr Haas such good feeling work done in my mouth I highly recommend this dentist you won’t be sorry he offers pain free dentistry
