Afgelopen donderdag 23 mei heeft Pauline mij keurig, vlot en bekwaam geholpen. Geen nonnens, geen extra tierelantijntjes erom heen. Gewoon goed, zoals het hoort! Communicatief correct. Tevens net zoals bij onze enige echte, proffesionele en altijd, vrolijke, gezellige mondhygieniste Caroline!
Mijn vrouw en ik worden altijd blij van jou:D

Zolang als het bedrijf correct is en de boel niet op kosten jaagt blijven we hier.

Als ik toch bezig ben met een review.
Ik heb ooit bij een meneer van Dental een kies laten trekken. Dit zou 50 euro zijn.
kreeg ik een factuur met 15euro oid extra ivm “moeizaam” verwijderen kies.

Als ik zo ga facturen, elke keer als iets zwaarders dan anders moet tillen in de bouw.

Of een doelgroep moet begeleiden waarvan eentje wat meer energie vraagt. .

Op dat moment zou ik dan wat meer hebben, op lang termijn betwijfel ik dat.
Ik ga mij deze keer niet druk maken om die paar centen. Het zou zonde zijn om daardoor een ander te moeten zoeken en een slechte naam te krijgen. . Toch?

Terrible place and dentists. It’s a pity that for money they prefer to humiliate the customer.

I went for a molar extraction and they caused a terrible infection in my mouth. to the end send me to the hospital and charge me an extremely big amount of money for the wrong practice.

Was lied about the process, the dentist gave me a price and at the end they charged me another. Instead of sending me to the hospital from the beginning if it was such a complicated surgery (as they stated in the invoice), they pretended as they knew about it and made me have a traumatic 1.3 hours experience in which I had to pay more and go through weeks of recovery.

I would not recommend this place, since they are liars and people there only want to make money out of you.

It was my first time at this clinic and I am very pleased with the service, higiene, doctors and overall clinic’s atmosphere. I did not have any language barrier which was amazing. First I was consulted what needs to be fixed and later we discussed what I would like to do and how much it will cost. Payment plan was made and clearly explained. Prices are good and really affordable. Definitely will come back! Thanks again to the whole team :))
