Probably one of the worst dental clinics I have visited over the years. A simple root canal for my wife turned into a 3 weeks long pain when the lady Dr at the Shj branch injected in the wrong area causing a blood vessel rupture. She didn’t even own up to the mistake, claiming it’s just a reaction and some people have it even though she injected in another area prior without any reaction. How dumb do these people think the customers are.
Finally after getting everything done my wife still ends up having sensitivity in her tooth because the said Dr apparently drilled on the sides of the tooth which she now claims will be fixed by a crown. Feels like it was purposely done to get the crown from them too.
One of the absolute worst places to go to, and completely not recommended. BEWARE DO NOT RELY ON THE 5 STAR RATINGS.
As a token you should read their slogans attached. As a doctor you are the last person we expect to make a mistake. We come to you to rely on you but you didn’t even apologize or fix anything.
Dr. Joji is amazing! I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found him and his exceptionally competent crew. I’m no stranger to dental work and will never visit another dentist. Dr. Joji and his crew always make sure I am as comfortable as possible, which is a difficult challenge given my dental fear. They’re as gentle as possible while yet doing an excellent job. Visit Family Dental Centre Sharjah. Seriously, give these a try; you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Thasleem and his entire staff since the day I called to schedule an appointment. She completed my entire mouth tooth whitening process. Everything was immaculately clean, with meticulous attention to detail! I couldn’t be happier with my smile. I used to dislike smiling, but now I really enjoy it! They are a fantastic crew to deal with, and I am confident you will not be disappointed.
