I’m very impressed with my lady who does my dentist work. She has a plan set in motion for me and we always talk about it each time. She asks me how I feel about it and she is extremely good at what she does. I know having teeth problems and losing teeth are a hard thing because a smile is everything but the ending result is what we are working towards and she has me very motivated about getting this finished. I like how she talks to me like I’m a friend rather than a patient because it makes me feel more comfortable before a procedure. Also the lady at the front knew my name after the first visit and is super super sweet. I’d have to say the staff is all very kind and down to earth which is what I like most! Thanks so much family dentistry, you definitely have my 5*****

Made appointment to have broken teeth pulled but was told they were short staffed and was only prepared to do an evaluation and cleaning. During xray of teeth one of the teeth that needed to be pulled broke while biting down on object placed in my mouth. The dentist expressed that my tooth would need to come out but did not pull it nor do the cleaning that they do called scheduled me for. I was told they would call me the following day to schedule an appointment after they see how much my insurance pay. They didn’t show me to the front nor did they give me an invoice of what they did do. I had to ask for my insurance card and driver’s licenses back before leaving. If they call me back today to schedule my dental work I will be surprised.

This was my first visit there, but everyone who worked there were was very polite and pleasant to deal with. The dentist was competent and worked out a plan of action to get everything done that needed to be done. I would recommend them.
