Total lack of professionalism.
After paying for two consultations, one of which included teeth cleaning, the dentist recommended a gum specialist, Miguel Jusino, this periodontist is a joke, the day of the consultation he told me that he did not have the instruments to do the procedure for which I waited a month, the next appointment available would be a month later, because he only goes two or three times a month. Terry (lead clinical) said they will charge me $150.00 on the account of $ 1190.00 , for the total treatment..
The day of the appointment I called the office on my way, I was aware they didn’t send me a text, because usually they harass you with text before all appointments, the front desk answered screaming and telling me it had been canceled, I was about to arrive at the office, they said they forgot me.
The worst thing of all is the way they told me, between screams and chaos, the cancellation had no explanation, so my treatment was not “urgent” or necessary? since they gave me an option two months later.
Jennifer, (customer service), disrespected me, yelling, making fun of me, patronizing, being condescending, and telling me what I had to do. She even said, “you fell thru the cracks.”
I canceled all my appointments, and I am claiming the advance money that was charged for a treatment that was not performed on me.

From the very first call to the very last goodbye, everyone at Fantastic Dental Arts was amazing and they treated me beyond amazing. If I would get stuck at work a little later, I would call and tell them and they were more than accommodating. Rescheduling was a breeze, every time I walked in, they asked me “How are you feeling?”, ” How is work?”, “How is the family?”. Not only an amazing organization and talented professionals who love their job but they treated me like family, everyone of them did. I will continue to see them for my dental needs.

I highly recommend this office. I have used other dentists before and always have felt like a number. From day 1 of going to this office Jennifer has always made me feel welcome. She always greets you with a sincere smile and welcoming. The entire staff is superb. I no longer dread going to the dentist. They make you feel welcome and accommodate all your requests. If you are looking for a wonderful experience this is your place. Thank you for all you do.
