I continue to rave about ands recommend this office for all dental needs from simple to complex. They are professional, kind and efficient well beyond their peers without any of the hard sells, scare tactics and such often seen at other practices. I only wish I had found them sooner,

Farmington Dental arts has again knocked it out of the park when it comes to the overall dental care experience. Starting with required extractions which were long overdue and as painless as possible, we went to the original estimate for a partial upper denture to address missing teeth which after insurance authorization, my out of pocket was exactly as they anticipated. This gives me high confidence as we move forward in the process that I know what my cost will be. They are leaps and bounds above any other dentist I have ever had.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Chen and her staff at Farmington Dental Arts. The entire staff does everything possible to ensure your comfort, understanding and care in the procedures. Even as someone what has had negative experiences with dentist and a lot of work in the past , there was not judgement or lectures just honest assessment of what issues are there and what a care plan is.
The office staff has a thorough understanding of insurance plans and how to move forward without any hard sells or gloom and doom guilt trips. She also treated my 12 year old daughter who had a real fear of dentist and that it would hurt and both Dr Chen and the hygienist made her feel so at ease she sailed through the exam and left smiling. I would highly recommend Farmington Dental Arts to anyone seeking dental care.

There is NO OTHER DENTAL OFFICE that comes close to this one. Dr. Chen now treats 3 generations of my family which ranges from 3 and 7 years to… Let’s just say mature adults. Most recently my 3 year old daughter was complaining of tooth pain. Kathy went above and beyond finding a spot in the schedule for her that wasn’t there. It was my daughter’s first time at the office, and she was so taken with Jessica’s smile and kindness that she followed her right down the hallway and plopped herself into the exam chair (which anyone with a 3 year old with “stranger danger complex” would know is pretty darn impressive). Dr. Chen is the finest practitioner the world has ever known with a personality to match. Her ability to make everyone in the room comfortable regardless of age is amazing. She was thorough and efficient in her examination of my daughter while simultaneously chatting with my 7 year old son. The prizes for the kids at the end were the cherry on top :). I can attest to the consistent superiority of this office for my own dental health, and I can whole heartedly and without reservation recommend this practice to anyone with children also!

5 stars does not seem sufficient to adequately express how much I recommend Farmington Dental Arts. As someone who has spent quite a bit of time and money in a Dentists’ chair, I had grown disappointed and cynical about some of the dental services I had received in the past. Dr. Chen and her Team at Farmington Dental Arts absolutely changed that. From the very first appointment, I have been treated with kindness, professionalism and respect. Dr. Chen took time to listen to my concerns, prepare a treatment plan, communicate with me without any judgement and all while being mindful of any budget constraints I might have. The dental work I received from this office is far superior to any dental work I have had in the past and for the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the Dentist! Her entire Team is equally amazing and I sincerely appreciate their willingness to go “the extra mile” and the personal service they provide. You will definitely not regret allowing Farmington Dental Arts to take care of your dental needs!
