1) day of extraction I was asked to come in earlier, only to be sent home saying there’s no availability.
2) Came for a follow up post extraction, surgeon didn’t even take a look before saying everything’s good and said I can leave.
3) 3 months after extraction the area hasn’t closed, I left work early to see the surgeon. After I was checked in and brought to a room, I was asked why I was here. Keep in mind I already came last week for X rays and was scheduled to see the surgeon. I was then told the surgeon was in a rush and left (after I was already checked in).
4) The owner of whoever calls the surgeon on speaker, and I’m told that everything is fine it takes 6 months to heal. Again, the surgeon is deciding my extraction site is fine without taking a look. But I’m asked to come again to see him.
Beyond unprofessional, so many other places to trust with your teeth.
My husband and I came to Fedida Dentistry for the first time and LOVED it! Dr Fedida and Veronica were absolutely amazing! We consulted with Dr Fedida while Veronica did our X-Rays and Teeth Cleaning! I felt anxious but she was so considerate, fun, friendly, and that gave us a lot of comfort through the whole process! We’re so happy with our service and made our next appointments – where we made a request to have Veronica help us again during our next visit if at all possible 🙂 To us, truly, this is as our best dental visit in NYC, ever! Highly recommend Fedida Dentistry for anyone with dental needs!
I just say I honestly do not like the dentist but the experience at this dentistry has created a life long relationship for me. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, they also make you feel comfortable. The space is cleanly and inviting and the main dentist is a pleasant professional. Nothing but good things to say.
