Not very happy with last visit , seemed to take forever just for checkup & clean. I travel two hours to come to Mark Ferrari because he is a fabulous dentist & has never hurt me but I am not happy about the dental hygienists doing the examination. This last time I found very uncomfortable & even had to ask him to stop a few times. I travel from Phillip Island to see Mark because I have faith & trust in him. If I have to see somone else I may have to think about finding a dentist closer to home !
This is one appointment for which I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, which makes a refreshing change! Reception staff are friendly and efficient. The hygienist, dental nurses and dentist work well together and are also friendly and interested in their patients. I have always been happy with Mark Ferrari’s care and count myself lucky to have found this caring professional.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably 6 years and was feeling very anxious. The team at Ferrari were so gentle and non -judgemental, and gave me very realistic goals and advice for caring for my teeth at home. Thankyou for helping me love my teeth again 🙂
