The two receptions are so arrogant. Feeling of discrimination is present. Total leck of kindness! (is this white supremacy?)
New in the neighbourhood and looking for a urgent appointment due to toothache, the homepage says welcoming everyone and very affordable. Rang and was sent away by receptionist saying the don’t take peeps from Waltham!!! (my street is Osborne St. – it doesn’t get closer)..felt like a total idiot. So went to see them and having a kind chat. It turned out they just gave cheap excuses for the sending away (if you lack of dentist since over 3months than update your homepage like a honorable business does, make a note at your door etc.)
The behaviour was just of such an arrogance: receptions in charge all of a sudden joint the discussion after she turned the head away after a friendly hello and explanation of the situation from my side to just make her point of how they got overrun since the Chch shooting 14 days ago and that I’m discriminating them.
Not a clinic I want to be a patient of.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting. They’re trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for services I never received. Sent me to the other side of town for Xrays, and then I repeatedly called them for updates on what work will be getting done, only to never be contacted back by the dental team. After 5 and a half months of waiting for confirmation, I went elsewhere and had the work done. I am now being threatened with legal action over a bill for services they never provided. Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. If you want a professional team who care, don’t bother with this place.
Wait 25 minute over my booked time. The dentist looked at my teeth for 20 seconds and asked “Do you want an X-ray? Up to you.
(What country dentist asks the patient? Shouldn’t the dentist know if they are needed or not?) Then waited for X-ray film 3 minutes and write quote paper for the work to be doner the cost is $95. Absolutely ripped off!!!
