Whatever you do, do not register with this practice!!! I had some filling done there and the dentist overfilled it, resulting in me developping a gum disease where the jaw bone has been affected and I wasnt even aware. My new dentist cleaned her job and explained the filling should have been flush on the teeth. Also she was gonna make me have a root canal on that teeth and there was absolutely no need!!!! The other thing is they only accept cash and that to me is super dodgy. So if you have a really expensive job done, you’re supposed to carry all the cash on you!! I mean are they even allowed to have a practice I wonder!? Having a picture of Jesus near the reception desk certainly makes me laugh. It looks to me they’re using it as a cover for who they really are: crooks.
The previous owner was a good dentist at this practice. I returned to this practice after some time elsewhere. I went on time, paid the fees and was seen by, what I believe, a inexperienced dentist. She did a check up, took a couple of X-rays, and told me she could find nothing wrong. She asked me to come back after 3 weeks. I did. Then I was asked to pay for another check up. I queried why when the one was done only 3 weeks ago. I was told that the last one was ‘an emergency’. Nothing has changed since. I continue to have the same pain. I refused to pay any more and left. Beware of SCAMS by this Practice!
Wouldn’t advise for anyone to go there, Got kicked out of surgery because I missed a appointment even though the customer service agent didn’t clearly tell me the correct time. I was still refused by the owner to get another appointment.
After speaking and pleaing with the dental surgery the owner just said go find another dentist. Thanks for 20 years of a good service gone down the drain.
Previous owner was great but unfortunately left a few years ago. Best advise leave this dental clinic and the owner doesn’t like black individuals. Sadly what has 2020 come to
