I recently visited Dr Estrada at Flamingo Smiles and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and calming which immediately put me at ease. I didn’t wait for a long time. They looked like fully staffed . Service was fast.
I am ver scared of any dental procedures. Dr Estrada and her assistant Peggy was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to explain each step of the procedure. I appreciated their gentle approach and attention to detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit and answered all my questions patiently.
I had an anxiety attack during the procedure and they were both very patient with me , really very patient with me. They didn’t rush me , they gave me time to relax and made me laugh so I can feel better . THEY ARE SO HUMANLY KIND! Unlike the other doctors I’ve seen, that just want the work done. Both Dr Estrada and Peggy made me feel that they care. They understand how I was feeling.

I was so fortunate to come accross this office. I had a incident that happened, that knocked some of my front teeth out. Because it wasn’t a situation that I was expecting, the staff knowing that I didnt have insurance and the circumstances, they went above and beyond. From Koa that went above and beyond, along woth all the girls, doctor Patton and Long and their assistants Jack and Penny, they made me feel so comfortable. I am beyond grateful and I highly recommend them. They are my home now for sure!
