I heard great things about the dr. and they are but the receptionist are extremely hard to deal with. Had issues in back to back appointments. They are not able to give estimation before hand even after asking reportedly. I had to pay some amount out of pocket which was 100% covered by insurance and following up on calls they don’t have clear answer as to why I was Charged extra when my previous cleaning was just done 3 months ago. Another major procedure which was mostly out of pocket, they booked my appointment with some other junior doctor without letting me know and never mentioned this. I came to know about this when I was sitting in chair to get the procedure done. That’s was a major and expensive procedure so I was not willing to get any chance on that in attempt to save my tooth. Very disappointed with repeated issues from receptionists. Have never had such issues in any other dental office.
Have been going here for many years and have always felt very cared for by Dr.Lee. Unfortunately my last experience wasn’t great. When I arrived to have a tooth pulled his son was going to do it, I explained I was having some anxiety and he said “well I don’t have to do it, you can leave if you want”. Then Dr.Lee came in and asked if he had checked my blood pressure, son said no, Dr.Lee left the room, son had a fit like a toddler and said “you know what, you do it” and left the room chasing after his dad, then never came back! Dr.Lee came and did the extraction. Very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Everyone in the room (staff) were quiet and I think in shock too. The son’s attitude sucks and he obviously had no compassion for the fact I was having some anxiety. I will go back because I really like Dr.Lee (dad) but will make sure I’m only seeing him.
