I was quite nervous about the dentist , I won’t get into all the reasons why, but I decided to go here as they advertised as being sympathetic towards nervous patients and I’m glad I did !
Everybody from reception , the nurses and the doctor / dentist were so so lovely.
Really patient , showed / explained everything , up front on pricing. Let me see the stages of work and before /after.
I have never had a filling and I was a bit fearful of the drill / anaesthetic needle but I didn’t feel either to be honest! After a while I could relax and there is music on to help and a TV in the ceiling too.

I always feel nervous going to dentist. I decided to go to Floss and Smile. Wow amazing dentist. Incredibly modern and clean with state of the art equipment. Carolyn on Reception is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I saw Dr Syed he was amazing, he put me at ease but more importantly he explained everything in such brilliant detail and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have found my forever dentist and no longer will feel nervous about going. Also they av a TV on ceiling which is brill idea! So if anyone reading these reviews looking for new dentist I wish I could give it more than 5 stars brilliant.
I’ve been attending this practice for a while now. I can honestly say that I’ve experienced better care here than I have before. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The dentists spend time really looking for issues and explain in easy to understand terms what’s going on and the best course of action.
Prices aren’t ridiculous as some may believe though will be more than NHS treatments. I think if you can afford a little extra, you get far more value so it balances out and takes some of the strain off the NHS for those that can’t so it’s a bonus. Really pleased to have found such a good local dentist.
