I traveled 400 miles to Dr. Robert English for a mini dental implant consultation. I had a very expensive x-ray taken for $350 and when I asked for a written report of findings he had his receptionist call me and tell me the cost of the implants were $41 thousand dollars. I told the receptionist I did not request the price I requested a report of findings. Still no response. Finally I get a generic explanation that was so misleading it said the $41,000 including bone grafts. That frightened me because it indicates that you do not have enough bone. I called yet again and asked, do I need bone grafts? Dr English said no! This is a very strange and misleading. And still, no report of findings. He insisted I make another 400 mile journey to hear this. A total waste of $350. I found it difficult to put my faith in or trust Dr English.

I learned that two of my old fillings needed to be replaced, and Dr. English took good care of me! From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and proceeded back with the dental assistant who was very sweet. Although, I am usually anxious about any dental procedure- I was extremely comfortable under Dr. English’s care and expertise. He has a sense of humor which I appreciate, and the work was done with ease. I also have to mention that the administration of anesthesia didn’t hurt at all as the numbing agent the dental assistant put on my gums really numbed me up! Their technique is awesome! I definitely reccomend this dental office. I am finally not a baby about going to the dentist anymore thanks to them!!!

Absolutely disorganized and absolute crooks! I get a bill over a year later due to their own administrative error and I am being threatened to be send to collections! They had a change of receptionist and my bill fell between the cracks which was not fault and now that coverage is no longer. Even the insurance company said it wasn’t my error. Do not go her! They are a mess!
