Unprofessional!… I’m sorry but if you are understaffed that is no excuse to have your patients wait over an hour to be seen. Dr. Han Kim. Then when you asked politely how much longer it’s going to be you can hear Dr. Han Kim say to his assistant,” let that patient in so they can stop complaining.” Wow! Is that a first impression or what? Also the audacity of him billing the insurance company for taking up “chair space” because you are being seen for a filling that has been in pain after the work that was performed at that office. All I ask was to make things right. You messed up on a patient filling because you are understaffed and running around. I get it, but come on take accountability. Admit that you drilled too deep to cause an unnecessary root canal. Don’t say, ” looks like the work performed went too deep and is now touching your nerve. Not my fault.” Last I checked, you the dentist,Dr. Han Kim, were the last person to touch that tooth. Just admit you are overwhelmed and you made a human error and make it right. But no, Dr. Han Kim doesn’t make human errors or believe in making things right. He believes that billing the insurance company for every little thing is the correct practice of his “dentistry.”
I’m sorry but the lack of professionalism and transparency is a reason to never comeback. And his front desk clerk Lee or whatever her name is. Is a narcissistic psychopath! Very condescending and will make you feel dumb. My two cents for Dr. Han Kim hire better staff that’s not full of them self, take accountability, and treat your patients human and make things right. You don’t need to charge for every little thing to milk the insurance company. Let me be clear, I know he didn’t mess up on purpose. I know he was doing the filling under the best intention. But he messed up! He was running around because he is short staffed. Just take accountability and make it right. I cannot stress that enough. And if you are a patient, remember you have options on your dentist. There are many excellent dentist out there that will do the right thing and treat their patients like human and not bill them for making things right. That will admit their mistakes. So I would strongly recommend you get a new dentist. Not Dr. Han Kim, he is not worth your hard own money or time.

I was nervous heading in for wisdom teeth removal, but the staff made me feel comfortable answering all the questions I had. It was painless and I had a sense of relief when the procedure was finished. The doctor is awesome and experienced, I would recommend this dental clinic to everyone!

Got my wisdom teeth removed. Was really quick and barely any pain. Nice dentist he is very efficient and fast. Just wish they gave me more information about what to watch out for and what not to eat after teeth removal though
