I have been a patient here since I was old enough to attend and now bring my son. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Clacton as in my opinion this is the best dental surgery in our area. If you’re wondering if you should apply to be a patient here just pop in and see the reception staff and it doesn’t take long I’m sure after meeting them you’ll be asking for forms. Once you’re in with a dentist you will see how clean the rooms are and the tools are always replaced and ready for when your appointment begins and if you’re bringing your child be confident the dentist will put them at ease before treatment starts. The staff at Ford road always have a laugh and joke whilst remaining professional at all times so be assured you’ll enjoy your visit overall

The dentist is great and I was able to register my foster children as NHS patients, they have never cancelled their 6 monthly checkups. Unfortunately though I have never been able to get through on the phone for appointments when something else arises, like a lost filling. After 2 minutes there is a disclaimer message “we are all busy right now but our team know you are waiting” and then the line cuts off and the call is ended. Very frustrating when you’re sat calling from 8am but you’re put to the back of the queue every 2 minutes.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Attended an appointment today and had to ask for the names of the ladies on reception so I could mention them in my review. The lady I now know to be Jackie is the most loveliest receptionist I’ve met, so so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much. The other lady Lyn was also really lovely and friendly. Really nice to have such a cheerful atmosphere when you’re dreading your appointment and thank you to Laura who looks after my teeth so patiently. Amazing team.
