I have been a patient for a little less than a year and have always been impressed with the level of care provided. The hygienist I regularly see is exceptional – thorough, gentle, and always friendly. The office staff are also incredibly nice and make each visit pleasant.

However, I recently had an experience that I feel compelled to share. During a family member’s appointment, my son was charged on his personal credit card for a service that was for me. The office told him, “your parents will reimburse you.” I find this practice very unethical. It is not appropriate to charge someone else’s card for a service that was not for them without prior consent. Additionally, I was not contacted regarding my bill, which is concerning. The dollar amount was not the issue, I was fine with whatever cost structure was put in place.

I believe it is important for patients to have control over their finances and to know exactly who is being charged for their services. Charging my son’s personal credit card crosses a line and is something that needs to be addressed within the practice.

I hope the management will review their billing practices to prevent this from happening to others. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the quality of dental care provided and hope to see improvements in their administrative procedures.

Due this most recent business practice I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Gaddy was recommended to me by a friend after my dentist retired. I have never looked back. Great staff. They not only do everything to make sure you are comfortable, but to make sure you understand what’s going on in your mouth. Although I have been chastised about my flossing, it was gentle enough to teach me the importance of good dental hygiene. Since this is going where every one in the office can see…. Yes Dr. Gaddy, I am flossing on a regular basis – back and front of every tooth. Good technology in the office but also they have better people. Go and you will be happy.

P.S. Also, they don’t sit there and try to upsell you on every new thing, though they have access to it all.

When for my initial appointment today. I really like whole setup. It is a very clean office, and the staff is very friendly. One of the things that drew me to Dr Gaddy’s office was the stand-alone small office. I am not a fan of the Francise type dental offices.

The whole staff treated me like a regular and I work with Dr. Gaddy, Zay and Stacy. all were great and made going to the dentist almost not so bad.

Dr Gaddy gave me options for my issues and I am looking forward to getting it resolved.

I highly recommend them.
