Reviews:
I wanted to wait to leave this review until I saw a different dentist to confirm my suspicions. I did that today. Last month I called Four Corners to schedule an emergency appointment for a tooth that was beginning to hurt a lot. I thought I had maybe lost a filling. They were actually great about getting me an appointment quickly especially since I was a new patient. Their greatness ended there. I took the afternoon off and went to my “emergency appointment”. I waited almost twenty minutes after arriving to be seen. I was then brought back and a tech did an X-ray on the tooth that was hurting. About ten minutes later the doctor came in. I explained that I thought I had lost a filling. She looked at the X-ray quickly and said that It looked like the filling had indeed come out and that I would need a crown. I was like huh? It was just a small filling. Why would I need a crown instead of just putting in a new filling? She was short with me and said you can go schedule the crown with the receptionist. Have a good day. And then she walked out. I knew exactly why she said I needed a crown. It’s because they are way more expensive than a filling. I made an emergency appointment for pain, took the afternoon off and she did nothing to help me except for telling me I needed an expensive service I didn’t actually need. I didn’t schedule the crown and instead made an appointment with a new dentist. I had that appointment today and he took X-rays, looked extensively at my teeth and then re-filled the tooth. He never even mentioned a crown.
Four Corners Dentistry is a money grab. Period. She will max out your insurance. Insist on work you don’t need and spend like two minutes with you at your appointment. I couldn’t figure out why this place had such good reviews and then it dawned on me. They have a sign right there at the front desk that says if you leave them a good review, they will give you a free Sonicare Toothbrush!! That explains it! lol
Really really happy with my dental work at this office. Had been apprehensive at first when I came in for a dental emergency when a tooth with a large filling broke. I had used nitrous in the past and had wanted it again but they don’t use it at this office. They utilize different meds for oral sedation instead and they actually work awesome. It’s been a massive help in getting over my dental anxiety and makes even the pre work of getting to the office much much better for me. They’ve given me back my smile after almost a decade of no dental work. I’m very pleased with the high quality work and expect my crowns to last for years giving me the ability to eat food on all sides of my mouth again. I know at other places, they’ve offered more generous fillings instead of crowns, but over the years those teeth have broken and decayed further leading to needing either extractions or implants since the crown is no longer an option. I was offered to do a filling in a back molar instead of a crown but because I’m such a heavy nighttime grinder, I knew it was best to opt for the crown since I could afford it.
The cherry finance plan was also great and gave me a larger option than my experiences with Care Credit in the past.
I had an appointment set and the front desk told me the doctor wouldn’t be in office, so they had to cancel my appointment on me. They said they could reschedule, but then told me it’d be 2 weeks out for my appointment!

Look, I understand things happen, but to cancel on your patients and then make them wait 2 whole weeks to come in is unacceptable. I’ve already waited almost a month for an appointment.

The front desk even told me, “Yeah, we’ve been having a ton of cancelations lately and I don’t understand why…” This is why. It’s obvious. Your front desk receptionist literally said the doctor is canceling my appointment lol Your doctor is not available. If you set an appointment stick to it. Don’t play with people’s health and don’t set appointments you can’t keep.
