What a pleasant, comfortable setting in the Waiting room. I was impressed by the courtesy and kindness of the front desk staff upon arrival and prompt checkin. Waited an appropriate time, less than 10min, to be called back for my appointment. My DA was very understanding and it helped me to ease my uncomfortability with going to the dentist. I was not rushed or interrupted, and what I needed to know was explained and understood. All the questions I could think of, at this time, were answered and my out of pocket and/or my responsibility was discussed openly and up front, and accepted my prepayment.
I’m getting back on track for my oral health, and knowing how you are treated and how you’re welcomed and treated has a vital impact for me, it helps ease my dentql anxiety.

The entire staff from scheduling, billing, dental hygienist and the dentist are very caring and kind. There is no high pressure sales to add more or do more than truly needed. I have been seeing Dr. Gofman and she is simply the best! She’s confident, explains everything to her patients, and is willing to help however she can.
