I cannot express enough how kind and caring the staff are. I brought my son in, not with an emergency but definitely needing some work and explained his anxiety about going to the dentist due to a few negative experiences in the past (at a different office). They took the time to walk him through each step, explain the work that needed to be done, his options for pain management and treatment and made us feel respected and heard right from the first phone call.

We don’t have benefits and don’t qualify for any of the government programs so cost was also a factor. They took the time to break it all down, provide a quote and work with our schedule to book in visits that weren’t back to back without any judgement. They also offer laughing gas which our last office did not and even with the added cost it was still significantly less than what we were paying before.

Nothing but great things to say. If you have kids and they’re not a fan of getting dental work done I would highly recommend you give Friedl Dentistry a shot.

This place is amazing- the staff put you at ease from the moment you arrive, the staff all called me by name after my second visit. Having severe dental anxiety having the sedation and getting all the work I needed done in one visit. Now that’s priceless. Never met a dentist with a better bedside manner than Dr. Warren. Our whole family makes the trip from an hour away after our son got a second opinion with this office and our prior dentist had missed several issues.

I have struggled with bad dentist experiences in the past and finding this office has completely changed my anxiety surrounding getting work done on my teeth! Extremely friendly and understanding staff, virtually no wait time, fast and efficient work and an overall stress free environment. I definitely would recommend to anyone who struggles with anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments!
