After my son (23) and I haven’t had dental care for 2 years I found this place! The staff is amazing! Brianna, who booked my appointment was so kind and sweet. Then for my appt I met with Anaih and she was amazing with my X-rays and answering questions and helping me understand what was happening next. She was sweet and kind. I then saw Dr Patel and SHE WAS THE BEST DENTIST I have ever had! And I have kept up with my dental all my life until the last 2 years! And, I forgot how important it was!! Very grateful. I then saw the office manager Fran and I was amazing at her calmness and helpful explaining the dental plan. Overall I love this place and don’t go anywhere else but here! Trust me, I’ve been to other dental offices close to here and they’re NOT ALL the same.
Dr. Wynn and staff,big shout out to Anna, Are amazing!! And amazing is an understatement!! Dr. Nguyen is an amazing Doctor Who has a bedside manner about her that you don’t find these days. I had all my teeth removed and her staff was so accommodating Friendly and caring. I wouldn’t ever choose another dentist in this lifetime. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and the doctor still sat down and gave me all the time I needed for any type of questions or adjustments for my teeth, this is a really scary one I was made to feel so much comfort . I highly highly highly highly recommend this office and I want to say thank you so much to you guys. You changed my daily life for the better!!!!!
We had worse experience with front desk manager ( Faith) . From the day one she was rude and disrespectful. I was wondering if this is because we have European accent or any other reason (?)
We had an appointment ( we have 3kids) I asked if my daughter can take her bother spit instead, and the doctor confirm that would not be a problem.
Faith ( the manager ) was manipulated with words and acted very sleepery, yelled and make me feel terrible. She Declined to provide her general manager name and contact information . So I really hope this massage will reach out to their attention .
