I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to Friends4Dents in Den Dungen. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I had such an unpleasant experience, as I underwent a similar treatment in September.
During my recent and September visits, there was an uncomfortable atmosphere in the practice. Once in the treatment room, I felt uneasy. The dentist appeared rushed and did not pay attention to my concerns.
While cleaning my teeth, I noticed that a considerable amount of water ended up on my neck without any apologies. When I raised my hand to indicate pain, my concerns were disregarded, and the dentist continued, causing my discomfort to escalate.
What exacerbates the situation is that this negative experience is not new. Similar issues were reported in September, but it seems that no improvements have been made since then.
On a positive note, I want to highlight that my experiences in Rosmalen were indeed positive. The difference in friendliness and care between the two is noteworthy.
It is important to me that others are aware of my experiences. My visits to Friends4Dents in Den Dungen were far from positive, and I want to caution others about potential disappointments. Hopefully, this feedback can contribute to improvements in the care and communication at Friends4Dents.

De enthousiaste en uiterst vriendelijke tandarts heeft altijd veel geduld met mij. Tijdens de behandeling wordt er goed naar je geluisterd en wordt er duidelijk tekst en uitleg gegeven en waar nodig overlegd.
Prettige tandartsenpraktijk. Zowel in Rosmalen als Den Dungen prettige ervaringen. Nette en rustige benadering. Ook met de kinderen doen ze dit erg leuk.
