The dentist seems very friendly! Too bad the receptionist ruined the experience by refusing to give a copy of my own x-ray. Apparently, she believes patients do not even have the right to own copy of their own record! Had to lodge a complaint to make them aware of Health Records Act 2001. Later they claimed wanted original record not the copy! Why at that stage playing with words rather than admitting!
Our family have been going to G dental for almost 5 years and we must say the service and skills have been exceptional. The nurses and doctors are so friendly, and the place is immaculate. Love the free coffee ! Good job guys.
I needed a temporary job to last for 3 months. A crown fell off. He did the job quickly for $175. Unfortunately it fell off again in 9 days. A return visit would have cost more money. No guarantee or warranty??
