The receptionist who rarely answers the phone, even though they want you to call them and not do a walk in, is extremely mean, rude, obnoxious, and spends all of her energy yelling just to yell. She is one of the most angry and miserable people you will encounter anywhere. Caution: she is even more mean, rude argumentative and miserable in person. She will yell at you as soon as you say hello. I have had two encounters with her, both times it is the same result, no appointment, no dentist, no hope of ever seeing one. Both times all I did was ask how I could see a dentist for my emergency dental problems. Both times I was nice, both times she was vicious from the get go simply because I said hello. Her name is Lisa and she claims she has no boss, and speaks loud because has a hearing problem, which doesn’t explain why she is so mean.

I’ve called several times on different days, even left a voicemail and texted the number like they recommended and I still haven’t gotten a reply. Absolutely terrible customer service

The receptionist is so rude and unwelcoming, she looks miserable and just gives you an appointment without asking your availability.
