I’ve had the absolute worst experience with the front desk staffs.

I’ve walked in to make appointment for IV dental . I booked it for a far away date because the girl on the desk at the time told me that that’s the longest appointment available as I told her I neeeded Invisalign consultation as well as fillings done under IV.
I called to confirm my appointment and was told it was a consult only and not for any procedure.

Had an argument with the girl and the whole time she was just telling me I misunderstood and that I don’t understand the procedure when I was telling her that had I known that was the procedure I would have booked out my consult a long time ago not waited til a day I was free to booked the entire thing in under the assumption that procedure also take place on the same days.

Instead of providing me solutions such as maybe come in for an earlier consult as I’ve expressed I needed it done asap and I know I have to come in for consult now for IV to go ahead yet she continues to tell me I don’t understand the process. I said to just cancel my appointment and she said “perfect” and hung up on me.

Honestly your staff just cost you probably 10k worth of procedure simply because she’s unwilling to help out a customer and listen to them.

I Highly recommend Gentle Dental Tahmoor. We’ve had a really positive experience with my daughter’s braces journey. From the staff at reception (shout out to the incredible Leanne), to the staff and the orthodontist, everyone has been amazing, kind, informative and efficient. My daughter even accidentally pulled one of her braces off by chewing on her jumper and they were kind enough to organize an appointment asap to have it sorted for her. My daughter has loved the experience and enjoys going there (I know, it’s crazy and unexpected) which speaks volumes for the level of care she has received!

My first visit to Gentle Dental Care Miranda was an emergency to fix a broken tooth exposing the nerve.
The nurses, nurse practitioners and dentists were fantastic and made me feel more comfortable very quickly.
I have been back for regular checkups, where the nurse practitioners review the health of my teeth and gums, my teeth have tartar removed and fluoride treated.
I now look forward to visiting the dentist, it is a caring and mostly gentle experience.
