Update to initial review – this review is on behalf of my wife’s services received here at Dental. She let me know that she had a very good experience as well with two deep cleaning appointments just as I did. She did reveal that she did have a little bit of soreness lingering throughout the day after the appointment, but overall had a really good experience and again financing options and payments are very affordable. The staff were amazing as well from receptionists to the hygienist sooo, so far we all love it here!

Since obtaining dental insurance this yr my family and I have chosen Gentle Dental. So far it’s been good, though we need deep cleanings we don’t feel they’re trying to rip us off and recommend unnecessary services. Prices are not bad at all and they even have financing available with 0 interest. Myra has been superb in making me comfortable during my deep cleaning and calm my anxiety a bit with a lot of understanding. The office is very clean and the front office staff are very nice as well. We like it thus far, and offer great flexibility for scheduling appts as well.

These reviews are lies or have not experienced great dental service I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dental office. The receptionist completely ignored me when I walked in, turning her back and continuing her conversation. The dentist did not inform me when they were about to start a procedure and dropped a light on my face without an apology. They also had a conversation about a funeral while I was in the chair. The dental hygienist was rude and lacked empathy, and the overall experience was chaotic with staff running between patients and rooms. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of care is completely unacceptable.

I had a lot of work done there, which cost quite a bit of money. I asked for an invoice so I could verify the cost. I was given a bill that that neither my husband or myself could make head nor tails in understanding. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to see a bill that patients are able to decipher. I was very pleased with my dental work though.
