My experience here has been pretty good. Great dentist and staff. I have now had two cleanings, 3 fillings, a root canal, an implant a couple annual check ups and 3 crowns over 4 plus years and no problems. They are well priced for Metro West a bit less expensive than most private practice, this office has been recently upgraded and is very clean and neat as well. The oral surgeon who did the implant was top notch as is my general dentist. She’s one of the better dentists I’ve seen as an adult. I would not hesitate to consider this practice of Gentle Dental. The only downside has been noticable turnover at the front desk over the years but that’s understood in a chain. As a result the dentists do a fair amount of practice management but answer your questions in coordination with the front desk as their seems to be no on site practice manager. Aside from that you should consider this location. Stopped in unannounced 3/11/24 as I lost a crown and was seen within 10 minutes. I saw the hygienist and dentist and they took care of everything. Excellent service once again. Came back again on 6/12/24 for a cleaning a cement of a really old lower crown and a filling that cracked. Excellent visit once again. I’ll be back for another crown in a few weeks.

I found several members of the office staff to be unfriendly even hostile and argumentative. I had scheduled an emergency tooth extraction as recommended by my regular dentist because a tooth that required extraction had flared up causing me considerable pain. They were not helpful as they never informed me that the appointment they gave me was for a consultation only. They did not tell me when I first called that a second appointment was needed for the actual extraction. Also, I contacted them only to have the emergency tooth extraction recommended by my regular dentist performed but they asked me to sign paperwork authorizing them to perform other treatments that I was not intending to have done at their office. I would not recommend their services to anyone under any circumstances.

I have been a customer for thefor past seven years now. I keep getting wrong invoices from them. Every single time I call them I get pushed from one department to another department. Extremely poor customer service.Ortho tells me this is a general accounting issue and the general team tells me to call ortho. It takes weeks to figure out the issue and how to resolve them. Kayla in Ortho was very rude.
