I started a treatment plan here about a month ago. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff of this office is absolutely phenomenal. From the office manager to the dental hygienist, to the dental assistant down to the dentist Dr.Noosha herself. This is just an amazing group of people. I’m on my 5th or 6th visit and EVERYTIME I have the same wonderful experience . The dentist explains everything to me in detail and walks me through the procedures and aftercare. The office manager breaks the price down and tells me exactly what I paying for and what my insurance will cover and the different options that I have. I never feel like I’m being toyed with, being Upsold any unnecessary service or that they are adding extra fees or services just for the hell of it. I feel seen and heard every visit and my concerns are always addressed. I will always be a patient here and have even encouraged some friends to try them out. Thank you to this staff! You guys are the best!
Gentle Dental at the trolley yard in Worcester, Ma. has been the best thing ever for my teeth as well as my own well being. I first came here after having not been to the dentist in way too long and needed a tooth pulled ASAP and the oral surgeon just happened to be there that day like a heavenly blessing! I have needed other work as well since first coming here and I have to say the staff there have been really terrific! It feels like a family! I have never been treated so well at the dentist office and it makes having to go to the dentist a good feeling instead of the normal dread. I have to give this location 5 stars for going above and beyond for me, thank you to all the staff there! I would recommend to anyone 100%!!
I just changed to this practice, and I have had an excellent experience so far. I’ve had a cleaning and a crown put on, and both were easy and quick. Dr. Noosha is terrific: efficient, friendly, and explains everything thoroughly. The dental assistant (Alta) is also really super. Both of them really made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and answered all my questions. The equipment is extremely new, high-tech, and clean. Highly recommend.
