WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
She reccomended an older filling, that was NOT causing any issues , be replaced. After exrays and replacung the filling, I called back several days later in severe pain . When I was back in the office in severe pain. She addressed it very haphazardly and in her words said, ” i just need to add some more composite to the gap.”
This resulted in bacteria being trapped under the filling , causing an abscess , major infection, severe pain and swelling .. After a 3rd visit, again taking exrays , She then said again very haphazardly, “oh yeah looks like you need a root canal ($4k+). She did not seem to be all with it when being addressed, and changed the subject when I asked if it was due to trapping bacteria under the filling rather than completely starting over and properly cleaning out that gap she had initially left.
She then prescribed antibiotics and reffered me to an Endodontist. When I called in the next morning to complain of severe pain and swelling after the exrays she took and the antibiotics she prescribed, it took 7 phone cals before i recieved a call back, Only to be told to just keep taking the antibiotic and double up on 1 dose.
It all resulted in the extraxtion and loss of a molar. NOT Necessary if she had replaced the filling CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE.
She should not be practicing any longer.

The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. There is a $6 late fee dispute I was told would be waived and when I attempted to make the payment I was told it must now be paid in full. When I asked to speak to the office manager or the dentist, I was told they are busy. I said I would wait. I was left on hold and then told the manager left and the person on the phone WILL NOT leave a message for the dentist or the manager. I again asked if she has the authority to refuse my payment and she said yes because she will not pass on the information to anyone else. WORSE PLACE EVER!
