I recommend avoiding this clinic. They are looking for any way to get you to pay them more, and they also do not value their clients and are ready to part with any of you very easily. In December 2023, at my request, they made a diagnosis of one of my teeth, but they did not find anything problematic, they took a lot of pictures, and in the same projection. On the same day they cleaned my teeth. I paid 10% of the total cost of their services, according to my insurance. A few days ago, after 3 months, I received an invoice from this company to pay another $14.49. When I checked all the claim with the insurance company, it turned out that the insurance company did not pay them part of the claim for the diagnosis, because they included a much larger amount in this cost. I’m not complaining about this amount of $14.49, it’s not a problem for me to pay this meager amount, but the problem is the people who work there. Firstly, this is pettiness and, accordingly, greed, secondly, even in the email there are no apologies or regrets about how they are sending this invoice so late, thirdly, when I paid this amount today and asked the lady at the reception to close and delete my account, it was done without a single regret or question why, what you are not happy with, what we can do for you, why you no longer want to stay with us and so on… This company does not care about retaining their customers, they absolutely do not care.

I visit this dental clinic, very professional clinic ,Dr Gupta super nice also her staff too also I’m a Persian speaker. Since the dental services and everything are in English, I didn’t understand much including the condition of my teeth. But now, I’m really happy that they have an admin named Mahtab, who is also a Persian speaker and has a lot of knowledge about dentistry. and she can easily explain everything I need to know. I’m very happy that there is a Persian speaker working at this clinic, so I no longer have issues understanding . I’m really happy. Highly recommended
