Rang for an urgent appt and was told by receptionist that she would contact the Dr and get back to me. I rang about 2hrs later to enquire only to be told again that she was not able to speak to the Dr. Rang again and was given the same answer and by then it was too late to contact anyone else as all the Dentists was closed or fully booked. Had I known earlier of no appt available I would have rung around for an appt. Now i have to wait till tomorrow to fix my tooth.
Very disappointed with Glen Smiles Glen Waverley.
Would have to look for a new family dentist for all future treatment.
