Pretty disappointed with my experience.

My dentist recommended I go see a specialist since I had a unique situation that they were unable to resolve. I looked up Dr David R at Goh Smile Dental on the DeltaDental website, and it said that he was accepting new patients.

I called in to set up some time; and the receptionist lady set up an appointment for me with him.

Receptionist lady helped set up an appointment a week out; and one hour before my appointment, I got a call that my appointment was canceled; and the reason was that the doctor only took patients who worked with their general dentistry office.

I would’ve been perfectly fine with coming in to do a general checkup and then setting up a meeting with the doctor afterwards; but cancelling an appointment an hour before is just unprofessional and a bad experience for potential patients.

Giving a star back for the way the receptionist lady handled communications; but leaving a negative review for how this dental practice treats prospective patients.

Best dental service I’ve ever had.

I ate some popcorn and had a shell lodged deep into my gums. It was quite painful and experienced some swelling. Five days later I went to see Dr. Goh and her team painlessly removed the popcorn shell right out. Instant relief! I received a X-ray, an examination, and teeth cleaning as well. Everything went pretty seamlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Goh!

Such friendly and accommodating staff! My first visit to this office and I showed up while they were on lunch. They let me in anyway to wait in the waiting room. Dr. Goh was so friendly and informative. She told me exactly what needed to be done and worked with me to find the best course of treatment. She made me not so afraid of going to the dentist anymore!
