Unbelievably terrible service and incompetent!!!! First I’m told someone was coming in a few minutes… At 10:15.
No one showed. At 11:10 I was told she would be done at 11:30. I returned, it’s now 11:40 and my 85 year old mother has not been seen yet. If your parent is in a home… Avoid this mobile service.
I can see why their rating is only 3.5

Thank you for your response. I DID NOT ask to stop treatment of a patient. I asked why that patient was taken ahead of my mom when I was told she was next. I was only in a hurry after the extensive delay. Only then I was told it was a time frame in which she would be see.
With a 3 4 rating you obviously have alot of work to do and the other comments confirm that.

I understand they are under new management and it shows. Yesterday Gwen provided my mother with a cleaning. I can’t say enough about how caring and gentle she was. My mother is quite elderly and frail, but she was treated with such dignity and kindness. The cleaning was thorough as well. Like day and night when she was finished. And Gwen took time to provide me with ways for me to help my mother’s oral hygiene. It was a great experience.

Absolutely ridiculous! They don’t answer the phone. They refuse to give us the treatment plans. They refuse to call us back. High way robbery
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY ARE BEYOND INCOMPETENT. THEY ARE BEYOND RIDICULOUS WITH PRICES.
AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM THEY QTE THE WORST THING IN THE WORLD
