I had an appointment at 9 a.m, but I had to wait for more than an hour because the dentist came to work late and didn’t know she had an appointment. They said they didn’t know the appointment they haven’t check until appointment time and called multiple times asking if I could come tomorrow, at 10 a.m., or at 10:30 a.m., which was very confusing and frustrating. I booked few days a go and I got confirm email tho. Eventually, I received treatment, but it took less than 5 minutes for them to decide whether to extract the tooth or not. From the appointment to the treatment, everything was very poor. I had made the appointment a few days ago, they didn’t know, and keep changing also very unprofessional consulting. I ended up wasting my entire morning. I was very disappointed and do not want to go back.

I’ve been done third implant, I had much concerned because it was an upper jaw treatment. However, Dr. James provided professional accurate assessment and treatment was really nice. There was no pain and I did not feel any discomfort at all after treatment when I leaving the clinic. Also, always friendly. I am quite satisfied with the implant used this time, pretty make sure highly recommend.
