The dental work by itself is good but the customer service needs some work. I’ve been to this office more then once for upper wisdom teeth extractions. The first time the dentist gave me Tylenol 3’s the second time I went to the other dentist at this same location & he lied to me & said that they don’t prescribe Tylenol 3’s. For one I don’t appreciate being lied to and secondly I ended up with chronic gastritis in my stomach from the only pain pills they were willing to prescribe which did not take away my pain but affected my health a great deal. They treat ppl as if they are drug addicts when actually some of us are just in a great deal of pain esp. when suffering from dry socket after another location removed one of my bottom molars. It makes no sense that the first time around I didn’t have dry socket & I was offered Tylenol 3’s even before I had the actual extraction. I went back to this location hoping for the same level of care as before but that’s not what I received. I was already hesitant to go back the second time because one of the secretary’s was very rude to me by asking when I planned on getting a job. I’m a home maker so yes it’s true I don’t have 20gs just laying around to get the perfect set of teeth but you shouldn’t talk to anyone like that & it also was unprofessional of her to be screaming on the phone at her bf right outside the dental office where everyone could still hear her while sitting in the waiting room. The other ladies in the front were nice to me but this lady was very rude. Good dental work horrible customer service..

I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE on my first visit . My partner and I came her for the very first time. The Doctors were gentle and they went through everything step by step and told us what we need and what they’re going to do so we could get a clear understanding. It was not in our intentions to get serviced on the same day of our visit but due to our condition it’s best to get it done as soon as possible before it gets worse. They gave me and my partner space to think about what we needed to do . Trust me they made us felt at home and they reassured us that they’re going to do their best in order for us to keep our smiles and indeed they did . Them doing that took a lot of weight off our shoulders . We didn’t have the payment right away and they found a perfect solution for us and trust me we don’t regret it not one bit . I’ll be coming every 6 months to do my regular cleanings. I’m not changing my dentist any time soon because I’m stuck with them by choice . Love them ! The place is clean, lovely and quiet . All the staffs are jovial and kind . VERYYYYY KIND! Plus they’re located where everything is easily accessible. I’d definitely recommend

Well I must say this office is the best. I went to lots of dental offices before and never received this good service. Starting from the staff at the front desk who greets you with a smile and go above and beyond to help you even if you have insurance issues. The nurses are very patient and kind. The Doctor takes his time to explain every detail. I definitely recommend this dental office. No long waiting.
