Reviews:
I have been going to Dr. Goodheart since 2010. Before I started seeing him I hadn’t been to a dentist in several years due to financial issues and I was terrified. My first experience with him was great and I will never put off going to the dentist again. His entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and they just put you at ease. They are so good with my son who is now 14 but was 7 when I first took him there, and he loves going to the dentist. They always remember us. Dr. Goodheart is kind and has a great bedside manner and calming presence about him.
A few years ago I had an insurance issue that I didn’t know about until they said something, and they went above and beyond and worked it out for me without me having to do anything.
Most people get anxious about going to the dentist, understandably so, but these guys go out of their way to make you comfortable. I love this dentist’s office and will never go anywhere else.
Not sure why my experience was not good, as I can see so many others have had a positive one. The staff was courteous and kind, but I found Dr. Goodheart impatient, uncommunicative and unprofessional. After a year and a half ordeal which included leaving me with a painful temporary crown that cut into my gums over the weekend, a misdiagnosed filling, (I needed a root canal, not a replacement), a crown that deteriorated after 8 months, and a replacement crown that broke after another 8 months, I insisted on getting my money back to see another dentist. His only response? “Sorry you feel that way.” ! And why wouldn’t I?
I’ve been going to Dr Gooodheart since I was in high school and I love the office. The staff is very personable and friendly and Dr Goodheart is super knowledgeable and trustworthy! I began taking my boys there a few years ago and they are great with children too. We recently moved out of state and I’m not able to visit any longer, but I do highly recommend this office.
