I was extremely pleased this month at my very first visit to Grace Dental as a patient. Dr. Jarwa is extremely thorough and effective but also gentle during treatment. He takes the time to explain his findings and recommendations. I was equally pleased with his staff who greeted me immediately upon my entrance into the office and were friendly and polite. Handling of the paperwork was quick and easy and everything went smoothly. The wait time was reasonable and the service excellent. Dr. Jarwa found an issue that had not been found previously so I was very glad that he is so detail oriented. I would recommend Grace Dental to anyone searching for a new dentist. Another great thing about Grace Dental is that they are making special efforts to open their office to people with disabilities and Dr. Jarwa has years of experience in treating people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. He is also licensed to provide oral sedation services. He is a great dentist!

Disgustingly rude Dentist.
Never have I experienced this kind of rudeness and arrogance. It makes me nauseous that I even came here.

On top of it be aware of this scammer called a Dentist!
He will try to push you into getting extra work done just so he can get your money.
Refused to show me my Xrays and was yelling because I dared to ask to see them.
What? Every patient has a right to see their Xrays!
I don’t know what hole this caveman crawled out of but I am disgusted.

Then to top it off he said straight out “You really need to get your teeth bleached!”.
Huh? Who is he to even tell me that.

What a failure of a human and ‘doctor’.

I’ve been coming here since 2013 and I’ve always been treated with great customer service as soon as I come in. I recently had to come in for an emergency visit and they were able to get me in the next day to address my issue. Dr. Jarwa is super friendly, kind, and makes me feel like I can ask any questions about my dental health and he always has a very practical answer. I’d feel remorse if I didn’t say anything about his wonderful staff. They’re all very friendly and there is a family ambiance that makes me feel welcomed and relaxed.
