Thank you Grand Family Dental for treating me like family. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was taken in promptly. The staff is very caring, general, and genuinely want to help keep my teeth healthy. I am normally fearful of Dentist but I felt comfortable with this office from start to finish. I am happy I chose this office for my Dental needs. Thanks again Grand Family Dental! Superb dental office with great amazing staff! My teeth feel wonderful!
Very poor service ! Disappointed in the way they treated my mother as a patient. Front office staff is horrible at communicating effectively. Wendy does not take accountability for anything rather makes excuses to justify her actions! How about you start being sincere and provide adequate service as every health/dental care should be aiming to. Do not recommend.
Amazing experience! I signed in and was attended right away! I came for a second opinion. The doctor was very thorough in explaining my situation and what the next steps where. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I definitely plan on making this dental office my main dentist moving forward. Thank you all for your hard work!
