I’ve noticed that the appointment times available are somewhat limited, which is disappointing. The latest slots are at 4:00 pm from Monday to Wednesday, and on Thursdays, the last slot is at 3:00 pm. Additionally, you are closed on Fridays and weekends, and there are no late-night options provided. I was also informed that while appointments are sometimes scheduled on Fridays, this won’t resume until Fall.

During my recent conversation with Amy, she mentioned the practice of scheduling appointments during the current visit. However, I feel this may not always accommodate changes in patients’ schedules. As a long-term patient, I believe it would greatly benefit the practice to offer more flexible options for those unable to take time off or attend appointments during typical business hours. My rating reflects the importance of this aspect of service.

Grand Ridge family dentistry is the best dentist office in Grand Rapids. They are committed to keeping appointments promptly – they’re always on time. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond with scheduling, insurance matters and billing. (Amy rocks!)

Dr. Keener kindly and promptly responded to an emergency call I made on a holiday weekend as a new patient to this practice because I could not reach my own dentist. He provided very helpful information to help with my pain immediately. I was able to get an appointment and into the office quickly.
